Summer Care for our Newly Planted Oak Trees

Ayr Mutual gifted St. Brigid School with 5 oak trees which have been planted by the Gr. 7 students. Each tree currently has a water bag attached to it, and  the Gr. 7 class is monitoring the watering of the trees until the end of the school year. We are looking for community/family volunteers to provide summer care for our newly planted oak trees and water the trees over the summer.  If you would be interested in helping take care of the trees (even for a 1 week period or more), we would be greatly appreciative of your time and care of our trees. Please call the school and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

With gratitude!
